You can choose to have your flat tire patched by us at our facility or you can purchase a new tire. Tire-patching will be discounted if you requested our Flat Tire Change service.
If your keys are locked inside your vehicle, we can gain entrance to your vehicle and recover your keys for you. Because of the nature of this service, owner verification is required (State Issued ID and Registration are sufficient) in addition to signing a damage waiver. If you do not wish to sign a damage waiver, we can deliver your vehicle to a dealership of your choice to obtain a replacement key set.
If your vehicle runs out of fuel, a limited supply of up to 5 gallons will be delivered to enable you to reach the nearest gas station. If your vehicle requires a fuel grade other than Regular (87 Octane), please request the desired grade (including Diesel) when placing the service call.

If your battery is deemed to be in bad condition, we will replace it with a brand new Duralast or AutoCraft model that meets or exceeds your vehicle manufacturer's specifications.

We provide 24 hour permit-based and one-time tresspass towing. We will deliver all the necessary trespass paperwork to the proper authorities if a vehicle is towed. We can also provide you with a 24 Hour No Trespass sign to place on your property if you do not have one posted.
Our standard 24 Hour Towing service area is 50 miles from Waltham, MA. We understand however that today's commutes can easily be 100 miles or more. We therefore offer a Long Distance Towing service. We will tow your vehicle up to 200 miles from the service call location. We can deliver the vehicle to your residence or a service station of your choice (including ours). Additional mileage and fuel charges may apply.
